雙循環制，每隊與同組其餘三隊主客各一場，每組合共 12 場。賽期為 2026 年 10 月 24 日至 2027 年 1 月 17 日，逢星期六、日舉行。Double round-robin: each team plays every other team home and away — 12 games per division, on weekends from 24 Oct 2026 to 17 Jan 2027.
常規賽首名直接晉身決賽；第二名對第三名進行準決賽，勝方晉身決賽。The regular-season winner goes straight to the final. 2nd plays 3rd in the semi-final; the winner advances to the final.
每場四節，每節 10 分鐘。U10 為四人制，U12 為五人制。Four 10-minute quarters. U10 plays 4-on-4; U12 plays 5-on-5.
每場比賽均由大會逐球紀錄，賽後經審核確認，並即時更新至球員個人檔案。Every game is recorded play by play by the organizer, verified after the game and added to each player profile.
